No matter what field you’re in, the principles of coaching remain the same. The role of a Business Coach is to coach business owners through guidance, support, accountability and encouragement.

Business coaching helps owners of small, medium, and large sized businesses with their sales, marketing, management, team building and so much more.

Through business coaching we discover your unique talents, motivations, values and beliefs, and we design a plan to achieve your goals. We identify your strengths and build on them. We identify your weaknesses and develop the skills needed. We then determine how to proceed. Knowing where the starting point is,clearly defines the shortest distance to your best results.

Life Coaching

Through a process of self-awareness, I encourage clients to clarify their life purpose, balance their goals, work-life and personal time to achieve their heart’s desires.

Private coaching is a perfect option for people who want more focused, individualized attention. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes on the phone. Call in details will be provided upon enrollment. However, 15 minute Laser Sessions are available for more urgent matters that may arise.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

The joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many and you don't necessarily have to teach in order for the Master training to be useful.
